Eric clinton was born kirk newman in scarborough to anna yurkin (russian by birth) and donald newman. From a young age, he had complexes about his own appearance, therefore, having matured, he made himself a large number of plastic surgeries[12] and was surrendered to a gay porn actor. On suspicion of initiating a lawsuit, he received the most extensive sentence, 19 years in prison, however, with a term to be served in parallel with life imprisonment[11]. On january 19 last year, he filed an appeal against the verdict[76]. During the period of consideration of the appeal on february 18, 2015, the refusal to appeal the sentence was announced[77].

During the trial, assurances were issued that magnotta was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia at a young age, probably caused by addiction to critical drugs[78]. Dr. Joel watts stated that magnotta displayed symptoms of schizophrenia (undifferentiated type), histrionic personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, and intimacy disorders[79]. The accused also talked to specific other doctors. Despite luca magnotta having his schizophrenia, the actions were assessed as planned and organized, which confirmed his sanity, and magnotta's most likely impact was recognized as hysterical personality disorder[80][81].
